  • What types of events can be hosted at your venue?
    Wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, charity events, conferences, women's retreats and special occasions.
  • What is the capacity of the venue?
    The barn is able to host 250 people with the possibility of more with an attached tent.
  • What amenities are included in the rental package?

  • Are there any restrictions or limitations on decorations?
    While we don't have specific restrictions on decorations or catering, we kindly ask that nothing be hammered into the walls. If you have any specific questions or concerns about your plans, feel free to let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Fairfax County restricts the use of any open flame candles. We do recommend battery operated flameless candles.
  • Is there onsite parking available for guests?
    Yes, there's ample parking available onsite for guests. We do recommend shuttle service to nearby hotels.
  • Is there a preferred list of vendors we must choose from, or can we bring our own?
    We do have a list of preferred vendors, but you're welcome to use any vendors you prefer for your event. We would just need to approve them beforehand.
  • What are the cancellation and refund policies?
    Cancellation of the Event more than (270) days before the event date will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and all non refundable portions of the license fee as of such date. If cancelled less than (270) days before the event date, licensee shall remain responsible for the payment of the entire license fee however the security deposit shall be refundable.
  • Is there a designated point of contact for event coordination?
    To ensure smooth communication and coordination, a wedding planner is required. This will help us address any questions or concerns quickly and efficiently. You'll also have a dedicated point of contact from our end, making the process as streamlined as possible.
  • Are there any noise restrictions or curfews?
    Fairfax County does have a noice ordinance which prohibits loud noises/speakers after 10PM. We can discuss extending for 30 min increments thereafter.
  • Is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities?
    Yes, our venue is accessible for individuals with disabilities. We have implemented various accessibility features to ensure that all guests can navigate the space comfortably.
  • What audiovisual equipment is available onsite?
    Hilltop Farm offers state of the art audiovisual equipment including a projector for your use during your event.
  • Are there any nearby accommodations for out-of-town guests?

  • Is the venue licensed for alcohol service?
    Guests will be required to provide their own banquet license and ABC license when serving alcohol. This can typically be provided by the vendor of choice.
  • Can we schedule a walkthrough of the venue before booking?
